Kids Yoga Camp = 2 hours of FUN!
· 45 minutes of Kids Yoga. Fun yoga poses and sequences just for kids!
· 30 minutes of Crafts. Bendaroos! Bend your own yoga person or make a bracelet!
· 30 minutes of Yoga Games. Fun!
· 15 minutes of Guided Relaxation. Ahhhh!
Bring a water bottle!
